Natasha Collins is the CEO of NC Real Estate, her firm of surveyors which specialises in supporting property investors to build commercial and mixed use property portfolios in the UK.
Natasha’s a chartered surveyor and her strengths lie in asset management and property investment strategy.
Natasha has been in the property industry since 2009. Starting off as a letting agent to fund her way through University, she found herself in the deep end when taken on as a graduate property manager in South West London at 21.
Within 3 months she became head of asset management. Over the course of her career she has worked with over £800million of property. During that time she achieved her Masters in Surveying through the University of Reading and successfully passed her APC to become a chartered surveyor.
Natasha is also a Property Investor, She has built a small but mighty commercial (including a telephone box), residential and SA property portfolio across the UK and US on the belief that quality is far better than quantity and this funded her next move.
