Mark Burrows is a passionate property entrepreneur and commercial property investor based in the West Midlands. He is dedicated to creating lasting social impact through innovative property solutions. As the founder of SureStay Group, Mark aims to transform the lives of vulnerable families by providing safe, sustainable homes for life. He has successfully rehomed 60 vulnerable families, ensuring they have a secure and stable future. His recent refurbishment of a block of 11 apartments shows his commitment to rehousing those in need.
Mark’s investment strategy goes beyond residential properties. He is also an experienced commercial property investor. His approach includes acquiring retail units at discounted prices and adding value by securing long-term tenants.
In addition to his property ventures, Mark founded MING, one of the most vibrant and collaborative property networking events in the UK. Known for its welcoming atmosphere and focus on building genuine connections, MING attracts experienced property and business professionals. With up to 100 attendees at each event, it has been recognized as a top networking event, earning nominations for Property Networking Event of the Year in both 2023 and 2024.
Mark recently attended the London CEO Sleepout, an event aimed at raising awareness and funds for homelessness, further reinforcing his commitment to making a difference in the lives of vulnerable people.
Beyond his work, Mark enjoys football, golf, and socializing. He values spending time with his wife Kara, their four children, and two grandchildren. His life and career are driven by a strong sense of family, community, and the power of bringing people together to make a real difference.
