• Personal data is only collected when you voluntarily provide it, for example when completing a form to register for an event or membership
• We do not collect personal data through any other means, nor do we share your data with third parties
• Any data you provide is used strictly for event-related purposes, such as confirming your attendance or sending relevant updates
• Contact details of attendees may be shared with other individuals who attended the same event, to encourage follow-up and networking
• Your information is stored securely and only accessed by MING organisers for administrative purposes

To become a member and access the MING online portal, you must complete the registration form sent to you by an official MING host.

• The registration form and link must not be shared with anyone else
• Only event hosts are authorised to distribute access to the portal
• Any unauthorised use, duplication or sharing of registration links may result in access being revoked

Membership access is granted on the understanding that you will keep your login details confidential and use the platform responsibly.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page, and continued use of the site or attendance at events implies acceptance of any updates.
